"Culture" in metaphorical sense is one of ways of implementation of organizational activities for means of use of language of folklore, traditions and other transmission media of the main values, belief, ideologies which directs activity of the enterprises to the necessary course" ({12}, Page 3;

"The culture represents a complex of the belief and expectations divided by members of the organization. These belief and expectations form norms which substantially define behavior in the organization of individuals and groups" ({12}, Page 3;

B.F.Usmanov, proceeding from the scheme of the factors influencing culture of corporation (Bruseliusa-Skavard, gives the definition of organizational culture. The organizational culture of corporation represents traditions and a manner of behavior in which the main values of the organization, its personnel structure (are embodied {13}. Page 4;

I devoted the degree research to a subject, actual for modern management, - to formation of organizational culture, in particular its main part - business credo of the organization. The organization functions and develops, as a difficult organism. Being constantly submitted influence from environment adapting to changes, the modern organization has to have ability to form and accumulate the potential which can provide not only timely and proper response to influences of environment, but also will give the chance actively to change surrounding reality, effectively to operate functioning and development of numerous elements and subsystems of the organization. This "vital" potential of activity of the organization is provided by organizational culture: for the sake of what people became members of the organization; how the relations between them are under construction, what principles and methods of performance of work are used in activity of the organization. It causes not only distinction between the organizations, but also defines success of its functioning and a survival in competitive fight. In any organization there is a dialogue between people, carriers of organizational culture, on the one hand, and the culture having impact on behavior of the person with another.

"It is necessary to understand unique set of norms, values, belief, images of behavior, etc. which define a way of merger of groups and individuals in the organization for achievement of the objects set for it" ({12}, Page 3 as culture of the organization;

And at last one of the fullest, in my opinion, definitions of organizational culture is brought by E. A. Smirnov in the work of "A basis of the theory of the organization" is a system of socially progressive formal and informal rules and norms of activity, customs and traditions, individual and group interests, features of behavior of the personnel of this organizational structure, style of the management, indicators of satisfaction of workers with working conditions, the level of mutual cooperation and compatibility of workers among themselves and with the organization, development prospects ({10}, Page 30;

Having analysed this material, I would like to give the definition to the concept "organizational culture" interesting me which I will use further in practical and analytical parts of the work.

"The organizational culture is a complex of basic assumptions invented, found or developed by group to learn to cope with problems of external adaptation and internal integration. It is necessary that this complex functioned long enough, confirmed the solvency and therefore it has to be transferred to new members of the organization as the "correct" mentality and feelings concerning the mentioned problems" ({12}, Page 3;

E.M.Korotkov in the textbook "Organizational Behaviour" gives the whole series of definitions of organizational culture of foreign scientists. "The culture of the enterprise is the mentality which became a habit, become tradition and a way of action which is divided to a greater or lesser extent by all employees of the enterprise and which has to be acquired and is at least partially accepted by beginners that new members of collective became "" ({12}, C.3;
